We are excited to introduce Krystal Ngene, our new Community & Corporate Engagement Manager! Krystal is jumping into a new role at In4All designed to strengthen corporate and community partnerships and secure funding to increase our impact on students who have been historically underserved.

“This year we served 4,500 students in 34 schools, and we are striving to engage 13,000 students within five years,” said Elaine Charpentier Philippi, Executive Director. “Reaching that goal will require increasing the number of sustainable business-school partnerships we support and seeking new funding sources to grow our programming. Krystal brings all the passion, experience and expertise needed to serve as a catalyst for In4All in the community.”

Krystal has spent more than a decade working at organizations where she created and strengthened relationships, connected diverse groups of people, developed programming, and engaged the community. Most importantly, she is dedicated to integrating equitable practices into every aspect of programming and development to create social change, cohesion and empowerment.

“I was drawn to In4All because of my own personal experiences where I, or someone I’ve known, were not equitably served within the education system resulting in different outcomes for different people,” shared Krystal. “My hope is to provide Oregon students with the strong support system they need to better navigate and question those imposed barriers to find the best path for them to succeed in life.”

In her new role at In4All, Krystal will be responsible for increasing and expanding community and corporate engagement in our mission and programs and identifying potential funding sources to increase our impact in the communities we serve.

“By growing the In4All community, we can bring even more people together to exchange ideas and find creative ways to help students realize the infinite possibilities in front of them,” said Krystal. “I’m absolutely honored to have this opportunity create sustainable social change and make a positive impact on students, families, communities and organizations allowing for exposure and equal representation in STEM fields.”

Krystal holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University and a B.S. Ed. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, harvesting her garden, and making healthy desserts. Welcome to the In4All family, Krystal!
